  • Our products, including Tibetan incense and bead rosaries, are handcrafted and may have slight variations.
  • Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any individual or region.

3. Payments

  • We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • All payments must be made in full before an order is processed.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via trusted carriers.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method.
  • KarunaNirvana is not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final.
  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos, and we will assess the situation for a possible replacement.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve your return.

6. Exchanges

For exchanges, the new item will be shipped once the returned item is received. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, text, and branding, is the property of KarunaNirvana. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • KarunaNirvana is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

1. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”). Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their interpretation, breach, termination, or validity, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

2. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive authority to settle any such disputes, and each party hereby submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.
