Thank you for choosing KarunaNirvana. Every offering is made with intention and care. Should something not meet your expectations, we’re here to assist.

🌿 Return Eligibility & Window

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain goods are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Opened or used health and personal care items

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—posting delays are common.
  3. Next, contact your bank.

🛍️ Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

♻️ Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@karuna-nirvana.com and send the item to the return address below.

🎁 Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive gift credit once your return is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
